Before Patient wanted to update her smile with straighter and whiter teeth. She had crowns done at different times and was never happy with the color.			After Patient recieved 12 captek crowns This procedure took tthree visits over a 4 week time frame. This patient did wear custom temporary crowns while her permanent crowns were being made.
